Three Systems for Supporting a Church Building Program

This section details the three main ways to support your  first church building program.

Church buildings are not the church, but a place where the church meets for worship, prayer, fellowship, teaching and ministry. Consider whether a new or pre-owned building will work for your needs.  Consider also the Willow Creek program where the church meets in homes and only gathers in a rented facility on Sunday mornings, such as a theater, skate rink, funeral home, or a church that does not use their facility on Sunday (such as Seventh Day Adventists or Seventh Day Baptists).  Once you have concluded that a new building is needed, begin your research.  As you consider building, this website will provide practical tips and experienced advice to prepare your church for a building program.  "Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.  Matthew 7:24
